There comes a moment in many of our lives where we quietly ask:
“What’s wrong with me?”
It’s a painful question, one often whispered in the dark, buried beneath years of silent struggle, repeated patterns, and inner doubt. I’ve heard it from clients. I’ve felt it in myself. But here’s what I’ve come to understand:
You are not broken. You never were.
We live in a world that often measures us by our productivity, our appearance, our achievements or our ability to hold it all together. And when we can’t keep up, when we feel overwhelmed or stuck or unsure, we assume the fault lies within.
But what if the very idea of being “broken” is a misunderstanding?
What if everything you’re feeling, the exhaustion, the anxiety, the inner tug-of-war is not evidence of something wrong with you, but rather a signal that your inner wisdom is still very much alive?
Seeing the Innocence Beneath the Pain
Through my coaching journey and personal healing, I’ve seen time and time again how people carry deep pain, not because they are flawed, but because they’ve forgotten their true nature. They’ve believed thoughts that weren’t true. They’ve absorbed patterns from their past. They’ve survived seasons that left invisible scars.
But beneath all that conditioning, trauma, and self-doubt, there is still something whole and untouched.
There is you – wise, loving, resilient.
So much of our suffering comes not from what we’ve experienced, but from what we’ve made it mean about ourselves.
You Are the Sky, Not the Storm
Thoughts and emotions pass through us like weather. Some days are stormy. Others are clear. But the essence of who we are, the space behind the thoughts remains unchanged.
This is the foundation of the work I do.
I don’t fix people.
I don’t give advice from a pedestal.
I simply guide others back to what they already know deep down, to the truth that they are not broken, lost, or lacking.
You are the sky – vast, steady, and unbroken.
The storm may be fierce, but it always passes. And when we stop identifying with the storm, we begin to remember who we really are.
Let Go of the Label
Here’s what I want you to know:
You don’t need to carry the label of “broken” anymore. You are not a project to be fixed. You are a soul to be witnessed, loved, and reminded.
Reminded of your inner wisdom.
Reminded of your wholeness.
Reminded of your capacity to rise not because you’ve achieved perfection, but because you’ve remembered your truth.
Healing doesn’t mean becoming someone new. It means coming home to the self you’ve always been, beneath the noise.
A Gentle Invitation
If this resonates, if some part of you is quietly saying yes, know that this is the beginning of your return.
You’re not alone.
You’re not beyond hope.
And you are not broken.
You are already enough.
And I’m here not to rescue you, but to walk beside you as you uncover the strength and clarity that has been within you all along.
